The short version
- ServiceTitan’s Homh lets homeowners, and the AI assistants they use, find and book contractors. It plugs into ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude.
- Contractors are ranked on punctuality, how often homeowners hire them and job quality. ServiceTitan says no one can pay to rank higher.
- Even if you never use ServiceTitan, AI assistants are becoming a lead source. Your website, reviews and Google profile decide whether they recommend you.
ServiceTitan announced a lot at its Pantheon conference in Orlando on October 6: Max, a set of AI agents that run alongside the office, and Atlas, an AI assistant for owners with its own mobile app. The announcement that matters most for marketing was Homh.
What Homh is
Homh is a curated marketplace of ServiceTitan contractors that homeowners can browse at homh.com, or reach through an app inside ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Claude. ServiceTitan’s own line for it is “the agent is now your customer.” In other words, when a homeowner asks an AI assistant to get the AC fixed, the assistant picks the contractor.
Contractors are scored on three things: punctuality, hired rate (whether homeowners go ahead after a visit) and job quality and satisfaction. ServiceTitan says contractors can’t pay to rank higher and it won’t charge to remove negative reviews. For now it’s invite-only in some markets.

Why it matters beyond ServiceTitan
Homh is one company’s marketplace, but the shift behind it is bigger. People already ask ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers for contractor recommendations. Those assistants pull from a small set of sources: your website, your Google Business Profile, review sites and directories. If those sources are thin or inconsistent, the assistant recommends someone else.
ServiceTitan also mentioned contractors adding a direct booking connection to their own websites, so AI assistants can check availability and book. That’s early, but it shows where this is going.
What to do now
- Make sure your website states clearly what you do, where you work and how to book.
- Keep your Google Business Profile complete: services, service areas, hours, photos.
- Ask every happy customer for a review, and answer the ones you get.
- Keep your business name, phone and address identical everywhere you’re listed.
- Search for your own services in ChatGPT and Google, and see who gets recommended.
Questions
Do I need ServiceTitan to be found by AI assistants?
No. Homh only lists ServiceTitan contractors, but ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI answers recommend companies from public sources like websites, Google profiles and reviews.
Can I pay to show up in Homh?
ServiceTitan says contractors can’t pay to rank higher. Rankings come from punctuality, hired rate and job quality.
